Rajesh Kumar is an Indian actor, best known for his role as Subodh Thakkar in the Star Plus hit comedy-drama series Baa Bahoo Aur Baby and as Rosesh Sarabhai in Star One hit sitcom Sarabhai vs Sarabhai and the sequel Sarabhai vs Sarabhai: Take 2. He appeared in television series like Kkusum, Kaun Apna Kaun Paraya, Des Mein Niklla Hoga Chand, Ek Mahal Ho Sapno Ka and more. He was featured as Rosesh, a theatre artist and poet in the anthology sitcom, Sarabhai vs Sarabhai in 2004. Rajesh became popular for his nasal accent and terrible poetry. In 2005, he played as Subodh Thakkar in the very popular primetime series, Baa Bahoo Aur Baby on STAR Plus. He also joined the reality show, Comedy Circus 2 along with Rajeev Nigam in 2008. Later, he donned the role of Dristhdumn Sarveshwar Sharma on SAB TV’s Mrs. & Mr. Sharma Allahabadwale. Rajesh also acted as Vicky in the comedy show, Bhootwala Serial on SAB TV. In 2011, Rajesh was starred as Chintu Dwivedi in the comedy series, Chintu Chinki Aur Ek Badi Si Love Story on SAB TV. He was also part of the action crime series, Arjun in 2012. Recently, he played as Dara Koyla in the horror comedy series, Pritam Pyare Aur Woh. He also acted in the main lead role as Laal Singh in the fictional comedy series, Tu Mere Agal Bagal Hai and Yam Kisi Se Kam Nahin in 2014.
Rajesh also acted in the Bollywood film, Men Will Be Men which stars Gaurav Chopra, Zeenal Kamdar and Rohit Khurana in 2011. He was also cast in the drama film, Super Nani which was produced and directed by Indra Kumar in 2014. Prior to this, he also works in few scenes of the Marathi film, Rang Birangi under the direction of Rajendar Bade.
There is a recent news that Rajesh Kumar has gone back to Bihar and started "spiritual farming. News titled, "Rajesh Kumar, Better Known As Rosesh, Has Left Mumbai To Turn Barma Into A Smart Village" mentions:
Rajesh is working towards making Barma, a small village in Bihar, a smart village. He has chosen to use 'zero-budget spiritual farming' for for sustainable development.
